Dr. Ashley Hopkins (she/her) is a veterinarian, entrepreneur, and the founding President of the National Neurodivergent Veterinary Alliance (NNVA). Driven by the firm belief that neurodivergence is a veterinary superpower, Dr. Hopkins launched the alliance to dismantle the culture of silent masking and prevent systemic burnout across the profession. Combining clinical insight with an entrepreneurial mindset, she steers NNVA’s strategic growth—from building safe, "mask-free" community spaces to piloting crucial neuroinclusive tools in veterinary schools and practices. She is dedicated to ensuring that no veterinary professional ever has to choose between being themselves and succeeding in the field.
